Delivery & Shipping

Depending on your cart total and location we offer different delivery options. All delivery services we offer are fully tracked for your peace of mind. Tracking information for your order can be found in your dispatch email notification, which you will receive when your order leaves us.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery option is available for most UK postcodes and is charged at £4.49. Some postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands, are charged at £7.99. All delivery fees are calculated automatically at the checkout while entering your address and postcode details. All shipping dates and time frames should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed by Scooter Works. We do not offer a next day delivery option at this time.

You can expect all standard deliveries to usually arrive within 1-3 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders made before 1PM the same working day (Monday - Friday). All delivery options including our standard delivery are sent fully tracked for your peace of mind.

You will receive an email dispatch notification once your order has left us. Shipment tracking details can be found in this email along with your purchase invoice. If you have not received your order confirmation or dispatch email be sure to check your spam folder*. 

Fast and Free Delivery

Our Fast and Free delivery service is available free of charge to all qualifying postcodes for all orders over £50. Shipping costs still apply regardless of order value to certain UK, Northern Ireland and Jersey postcodes. All delivery fees are calculated automatically at the checkout while entering your address and postcode details. All shipping dates or time frames should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed by Scooter Works. We do not offer a next day delivery option at this time.

Pre Orders

Sometimes we enable Pre Orders for products which are due to be released or restocked in the near future. This gives you the best possible chance to secure a product which might otherwise sell out upon release.

Pre Order product arrival dates are listed on the product page. All product arrival dates listed are provided by our distributors and are subject to changes, out of our control. Once a Pre Order has been placed (or any order containing Pre Ordered items) we will contact you to confirm any product expected arrival dates. If any Pre Order items are delayed we will notify customers of a new or expected arrival date as quickly as possible.

EU Delivery

Scooter Works has currently suspended all EU deliveries.
