EU Shipping
EU customers may be charged for handling fees and importation taxes as your order passes through customs. These must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Scooter Works has no control over these charges and we cannot advise what they may be.
Depending on your location within Europe our Standard EU Tracked Delivery is charged. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-6 working days however customs delays can extend this slightly. We aim to dispatch all orders made before 1PM the same working day (Monday – Friday).
All EU deliveries are sent using a tracked service with one of our delivery partner Parcelforce. Tracking information can be found on your dispatch email notification once your order has left us. Scooter Works reserves the right to choose a delivery partner based on parcel size, weight and suitability.
