We want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase, however sometimes things go wrong and you may wish to return an order. You can return your purchase to us for a refund up to 30 days after receiving your order. Any item(s) to be returned must show no signs of use and must include all original packaging.
Unless otherwise stated we do not offer free returns. So how much will your refund be? Our returns policy covers each item amount, less the original shipping cost paid. If you have received free shipping and are returning all or part of an order for a refund you will be subject to a £4.99 shipping charge which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Want to make a return? Follow these steps
First fill out the "Request a Return" form at the bottom of this page to let us know you wish to return your order. Once reviewed we will contact you via email with our return delivery address and any further relevant details (be sure to check your email spam folder).

You can return goods to our returns delivery address listed below, at your own risk, once your return has been accepted. Scooter Works are not liable and can take no responsibility for your item(s) while in transit back to us, so be sure to safely and securely re-package your return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless an item to be returned is faulty or incorrect). Unless otherwise stated we do not offer free returns.
Our returns policy covers each item amount, less the original shipping cost paid. Your refund (less the original shipping cost paid) will be processed once your return has reached us and has been inspected + reviewed.
If you have received free shipping and are returning all or part of an order for a refund you will be subject to a £4.99 shipping charge which will be deducted from your total refund amount. Refunds are made back to the original payment source and take between 5-10 working days to process.
Important Please note. If an item is returned to us as a customer was unable to take delivery of the parcel (for any reasons) Scooter Works reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend the item.
For failed deliveries that are returned to us due to a customer repeatedly not being available (or the wrong address details being provided), there will be a £4.99 return fee which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

If a customer inputs any incorrect details on their order (e.g. delivery addresses, email, receiver name etc), which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not hold any responsibility for this parcel.
