When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship all orders placed before 2PM the same working day (Monday - Friday). We send all orders with a tracked delivery service for your peace of mind. You will receive a dispatch email notification once your order leaves us with these tracking details attached.

Any orders made over the weekend will be sent the next business day.

*Please note, when placing a "Back Order" with us your dispatch will be delayed by the time shown on the product page. 

What does "Back Order" mean?

Back Order products are available and in stock with our supplier, but not directly in stock with us. This means you'll still be able to purchase the product but once your order is placed with us we then forward this through to our suppliers.

Your order will then be shipped direclty to us first before we're able to dispatch it to you. 

If you place a Back Order with us you will be kept updated via email with any shipping updates and arrival time changes.

Do you price match?

To make sure our customers are getting the best deals possible we will always try to price match most products. 

Price match conditions:

  1. The product must be identical in every way (size, colour, etc).
  2. The product must be in stock for us to price match to.
  3. We can only price match to mainland UK competitors. We are also unable to price match 3rd party sites such as Amazon and Ebay.
  4. Scooter Works reserves the right to refuse price matching at out discretion.
  5. All price matching must be organised prior to placing your order. We cannot offer price matching once an order has been placed. 

Please contact us if you have found something cheaper elsewhere.

My purchase is wrong or faulty. What do I do?

If the order you received is faulty or incorrect and unused please contact us via Email or call us as soon as possible.

Can I return my order?

We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, however sometimes things go wrong and you may wish to return an order. You can return your purchase for a full refund up to 30 days after receiving your order.

What is my product warranty period?

Every product we sell has a different warranty period. Each product warranty is provided by the manufacturer and any claims will be forwarded to the appropriate contact on your behalf. A manufacture’s case by case decision on any warranty case are final.
